§ 13-57. Minimum requirements for occupancy of manufactured homes.
All manufactured homes residing within a manufactured home park shall adhere to the following minimum requirements for occupancy.
(a)
The manufactured home must be securely and appropriately anchored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and as approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission.
(b)
The manufactured home must be completely underpinned/skirted. Materials that have failed and/or are missing must be replaced utilizing approved materials (excluding lumber/wood) except as utilized for framing which shall be non-degradable.
(c)
The manufactured home must be free from loose siding/broken windows, or other building materials.
(d)
All utilities must be appropriately connected and in working order.
(e)
A minimum of two (2) egress doors located remote from each other must be accessible and functional.
(f)
An address number (minimum of two (2½) inches in height) corresponding with the assigned lot number will be placed appropriately on the manufactured home facing, and visible, from the access street.
