§ 13-52. Space between manufactured homes and other structures.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise required by ordinance, a manufactured home, excluding the tongue, shall not be located closer than ten (10) feet side to side, and eight (8) feet end to side, or six (6) feet end to end horizontally from any other manufactured home or structure, except that add-ons/permanent attachments to the manufactured home shall be no closer than eight (8) feet side to side, or eight (8) feet end to side, or six (6) feet end to end horizontally, from any other home or structure.

Those legal nonconforming homes (as referenced under "Conflicts of Law") shall be allowed to continue, excluding those covered by Article XI, Appendix A of this Code.
