§ 13.5-36. Tree species to be planted.

The city shall develop, maintain, publicize, and amend as necessary a list of trees and shrubs which may be planted in or on city owned property including parks, streets and rights-of-way. The list of trees shall be categorized into three (3) sizes including large trees over seventy (70) feet in height, medium trees thirty (30) to seventy (70) feet in height and small trees under thirty (30) feet in height.
