§ 11-75. City yard waste dumpster.

Latest version.

A twenty-yard roll-off container at the city's public works garage will be provided exclusively year round for disposal of yard waste by residents of the City of Kirksville for the purpose of disposing yard waste. This container is not intended for use by any non-residential commercial business. It shall be illegal for residents to place plastic bags of any kind or type in this container.
