§ 11-71. Service complaints.

  • The contractor shall receive and respond to all complaints regarding services provided under the contract. Any complaints received by the city will be directed to the contractor's office. Should a complaint go unresolved for more than two (2) days, the city will have the right to demand an explanation or resolution to its satisfaction.
