§ 11-60. Residential refuse collection quantity.

  • (a)

    Solid waste (trash) to be picked up at residential accounts shall consist of ordinary household waste only. Other arrangements with the hauler are not price regulated by the contract.

    (b)

    Residential accounts may place one (1) sixty-five-gallon tote container provided by the contractor with a weight limit of no more than two hundred (200) lbs. by the curb for pickup. An additional sixty-five-gallon tote provided by the contractor with the same weight restriction of no more than two hundred (200) lbs. will be collected if the tote has been issued by the contractor.
