§ 10-34. Powers and duties generally.

The human rights compliance officer shall have the powers and duties to: (1) Provide a forum for individuals who believe they have been victims of discrimination. (2) Review complaints as filed with the office. (3) Advise the city council on human rights issues/complaints. (4) Accept comments and concerns of citizens. (5) Prepare and publish a written annual report describing the activities of the prior twelve (12) months by December 31 of each year.
