§ 4. [Indemnification.]

The grantee shall fully indemnify and save harmless the Grantor from any and all claims for damages for which said Grantor shall, or might be made, or become liable for any negligence or carelessness on the part of the grantee, or because of any act or omission of the grantee in the construction and operation of its system of mains, pipes and appurtenances.
