§ 25-141. Historic zoning district.

Historic zoning districts. A historic zoned district recognizes property(s) that have been officially designated by ordinance as "H - Historic" as an overlay district. This "H" designation is defined by the Kirksville Historic Preservation Ordinance. Properties rezoned as "H" retain their underlying original zoning requirements as far as parking, setbacks, yard areas, and etc., as long as they are not in conflict with the preservation of the historic structure or site.
