§ 25-88. Uses permitted.

In district C-3, no building, structure, land or premises shall be used and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected, constructed, re-constructed or altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:

(a)

Any use permitted in district CBD;

(b)

Auction barns;

(c)

Bottling works;

(d)

Farm machinery sales and services; provided, that no repair facilities shall be maintained or carried on outside of the building; and that no machinery shall be displayed outside within thirty (30) feet, of the front lot line;

(e)

Lumber yards, must have fencing, screening, and/or organized bins;

(f)

Mobile home(s), travel trailers and camper sales and service;

(g)

Milk bottling or distribution plants;

(h)

Plumbing shops; provided, that no material or equipment shall be stored in the front or side yards;

(i)

Tourist and trailer camps.
