§ 25-80. Annual inspection fee.

  • An annual inspection fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid on or before the first day of March each year, by each and every mobile home park owner located within the city to the city clerk defraying the cost of any annual inspection by the zoning administrator and city fire chief to assure that the mobile home park site continues to comply with the authorized plan previously approved for such site, if any.
