§ 25-77. Sewage and refuse disposal.

  • (a)

    Waste from showers, bathtubs, flush toilets, urinals, lavatories, slop sinks and laundries in service buildings and other buildings within the park shall be discharged into a public sewer system, if available, in compliance with this Code and other applicable ordinances of the city. If such sewer system is not available, such wastes shall be discharged into appropriate sewage disposal systems, such as lagoons or septic tanks, so long as such places are approved by the state department of health and water pollution board.

    (b)

    Each mobile home space shall be provided with a sewer at least four (4) inches in diameter, which shall be connected to receive the waste from the shower, bathtub, flush toilet, lavatory and kitchen sink of the mobile home harbored in such space and having any or all such facilities. The sewer in each space shall be connected to discharge the mobile home waste into a public sewer system in compliance with this Code or other applicable ordinances or state laws.
