§ 25-70. Failure to begin development of park.

Failure to begin development of the mobile home park within one (1) year after the approval of the final development plan shall void such plan, unless a request for an extension of time is made by the proponent to the city planning and zoning commission and approved by such commission. No fee shall be charged for this request. If an extension of time is not granted and a period of one (1) year has elapsed, the ordinance establishing such district RP-5, shall be rescinded by the city council and the zoning of the entire tract shall be changed to a suitable classification.
