§ 25-69. Duties and responsibilities of mobile home park operator, attendant, etc., generally.

The operator, a duly authorized attendant or a caretaker shall keep the mobile home park, its facilities and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the operator, for the violation of any provisions of this chapter to which the operator is subject.
