§ 25-54. Uses permitted.

In district R-2-S, no building, structure, land or premises shall be used and no building or struc- ture shall be hereafter erected, constructed, reconstructed or altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:
(a)

Any use permitted in district R-2;

(b)

Manufactured housing, double-wide. These units shall be placed on a permanent foundation (See definition section, Permanent Foundation).
