§ 25-38. Mixed uses.

In the case of mixed uses of a building or structure, the total requirements for off-street parking and off-street loading spaces shall be the sum of the requirements of the various uses computed separately; the off-street parking and off-street loading spaces for one use shall not be considered as providing the required off-street parking or off-street loading spaces for any other use, except as otherwise allowed herein.
