§ 25-30. Glare and heat.

  • Any use established after the effective date of adoption or amendment of this chapter shall be so operated as to comply with the maximum performance standards governing glare and heat set forth hereinafter. No use already established on the effective date of adoption or amendment of this chapter shall be relocated, altered or modified to exceed the maximum performance standards governing glare and heat set forth hereinafter.

    Any operation producing intense heat or glare shall be performed within an enclosed building or behind a solid fence or wall in such a manner as to be undetectable without instruments from any point along lot lines.
