§ 25-28. Odorous matter.

Any use established after the effective date of adoption or amendment of this chapter shall be so operated as to comply with the maximum performance standards governing odorous matter set forth hereinafter. No use already established on the effective date of adoption or amendment of this chapter shall be relocated, altered or modified to exceed the maximum performance standards governing odorous matter set forth hereinafter.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the emission or odorous matter in such quantities as to be readily detectable without instrument at any point along district boundaries shall be prohibited.
